Making a Purchase:
Simply browse our website and add any product that you may wish to purchase into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you will be asked for your contact and delivery details in order to complete your order. We accept credit cards MasterCard, Visa and 3V and Laser debit cards. Online payments are processed by Paypal (www.paypal.com/ie ) & Stripe (www.stripe.com/ie) At no stage do we keep your credit/debit card details on file.
International Credit Cards:
For security reasons we are unable to accept overseas credit cards. Should you wish to pay for goods, this will be only be possible through a legitimate bank transfer. In this instance you will receive a pro-forma invoice stating the cost of purchase, shipping, expected delivery date along with our bank details. Goods will only be shipped when our bank account has been credited with the cost stated on the pro-forma invoice.
Please note that all product images are for illustration purposes only. They are not binding and may change from time to time without prior notice.
Shipping and Handling:
Smallchanges charges a flat delivery charge of €4.755 for all orders delivered to addresses on the island of Ireland. Unfortunately, at present we are unable to deliver to the islands around Ireland.
The vast majority of our products are held in stock and if ordered before 10:00 am will be delivered to you within 24 hours. Next day delivery applies to all orders placed before 10:30am Monday-Thursday. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Next day deliveries only apply to orders being sent to addresses on the island of Ireland. In instances where there will be a delay due to stock availability we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
All domestic orders are shipped through a delivery service. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number with which you track your order. In order to ensure smooth delivery, all orders must be accompanied with a least one phone number and an e-mail address. We are not responsible for any delays or damage caused by courier companies.
All customers are advised to fully inspect all items prior to signing the delivery docket. Any claims for damage must be sent to us in writing within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.
Online orders can also be collected from us at 40 Lower Drumcondra Road, Dublin 9.
All prices, where applicable, include VAT, currently at a rate of 23%.
All of our products come with a full manufacturers guarantee. As these can vary, please contact us for details.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/cons_int/safe_shop/dist_sell/index_en.htm). In addition please be aware of the following:
Smallchanges is happy to accept any product return as long as it is in its original packaging and is re-saleable. Replacement products will be charged, including delivery, until the returned product has been returned in a re-saleable condition.
The cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer. We are unable to offer returns or refunds for overseas orders.
If goods arrive damaged customers are asked to do the following:
Fully inspect goods on arrival.
Report damages to the carrier and write on the delivery docket “unchecked/damaged”.
Call our office to report damage without delay.
We will lodge a claim with our carrier, immediately.
We are unable to entertain any claims for damages unless the procedures above are followed. You will only be refunded the delivery charge if the return is as a result of our error, e.g. faulty product, incorrectly shipped. If we agree to provide you with a refund we will instruct our bank to credit your credit/debit card within 30 days. Your statutory rights will not be affected.
Unless damaged on delivery, special orders may not be cancelled or returned.

How Do We Use Information Submitted
We do not share this information with third parties except in instances where it is necessary to complete your order. Your order has to be addressed which means that we give this information to the delivery service. In order to send you a tracking number the delivery service will also be given your email address, they will also be given the contact number that you submit in case the delivery service need to contact you with regards delivery or directions for the driver.
We have no access to your credit card details which are handled and processed directly by Paypal/Stripe and our bank (AIB).
We use return email addresses to answer the emails that we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purposes and are not shared with third parties
