Our new recipes section coincides with the 2013 Christmas season and some of our first recipes were inspired by this festive occasion. We have cooked them and tried them and some of the pictures are taken from the end result. This is our humble way of trying to contribute to an alternative healthy eating. We stock some of the ingredients but not all. Vivienne Forristal is responsible for compiling, adapting and trying many of these mouth watering dishes. The recipes are vegetarian and some can be modified to suit vegans as well as gluten-free. We have made suggestions for adapting the ingredients where we can, but would be interested to hear more ideas.
