Feminine Hygiene

More and more women are now turning to sanitary products that are made from organically grown cotton. This is because of the increasing awareness of the environmental and health impacts of dioxin pollution, the spraying of pesticides & insecticides on conventionally grown cotton as well as the use of synthetic materials in their manufacture.

It has been estimated that on average a woman will use over 11,000 disposable sanitary products in her lifetime. This amounts to a colossal volume of rubbish being sent to landfill. Along with the associated health benefits reusable Menstrual Cups can dramatically reduce the amount of sanitary products that are being disposed in this way. Not only does this benefit the environment but it will also result in dramatic financial savings.
