Make Up Remover:
Apply with a moist cotton pad. Wipe off with a wet face cloth.
Facial Cleanser:
Massage a dollop of coconut oil onto your face and neck. Wash off with a wet face cloth and pat dry.
Facial Scrub:
Mix equal parts of coconut oil with baking soda or oatmeal and add a dash of cinnamon powder to make your own gentle, facial scrub.
Shaving Cream:
Apply a thin layer of coconut oil to the area to be shaved. The lauric acid in the coconut oil will also serve as an antiseptic for any shaving cuts.
Eye Cream:
Apply a thin layer of coconut oil around your eyes, to soften wrinkles and to counteract thinning, sagging skin.
Toothpaste:
Mixed with baking soda, coconut oil can replace your regular toothpaste. The baking soda will gently cleanse your teeth, while the coconut oil's antibacterial properties may help to protect against harmful bacteria.
